Sleepypod’s crash test pets have jobs that can’t be completed by any living pets. They are critical for testing our car safety restraint designs throughout the product design process. Over the years, Sleepypod’s crash test pets have evolved, having better weight distribution and biofidelity. Some record point-of-view video footage and others have instrumentation to measure damaging forces on a pet in a collision. All of Sleepypod’s crash test pets take the hard knocks to create safer products for our furry best friends.
